Davey is a pie: Corbyn’s Twitter Hacked

11 January 2016

By Lauren E. White

Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn has been a victim of an online troll after four tweets posted from his account were sent last night.

The account, which has 384,000 followers, started mysteriously tweeting at around nine o’clock, but Mr Corbyn’s team were quickly in control again and deleted the tweets within minutes.

First of the four was a joke about Corbyn’s usual style on Twitter as he mostly talks about policies:

here we here we go

Then there was another foul-mouthed tweet including a phrase popularly used in Australia. For those (like most of us) who don’t know what it is, the phrase has been translated as showing an exclamation of triumph…

straya

Next includes (again) an expletive as the hacker pokes fun at Corbyn’s stance on nuclear weapons:

fk trident

Our favourite tweet has to be this one in which the hacker turns the tables and cracks a joke about David Cameron:

davey cameron is a pie

While we’re sure that this hacking is no laughing matter, we had to laugh at the analysis below:

it was boris
