Gossip Girl Actor Accused of Sexual Assault

Former Gossip Girl actor Ed Westwick has strongly denied that he raped actress Kristina Cohen after she posted on Facebook that he held her down and assaulted her at his home three years ago. The 30-year-old said that he does not know the woman accusing him and outright denied that he assaulted her.

In her Facebook post, which she made on Monday, Kristina goes into detail as to how it happened.

‘I was woken up abruptly by Ed on top of me. I told him to stop, but he was strong. I fought him off as hard as I could, but he grabbed my face in his hands, shaking me,’ she wrote. ‘I was paralyzed, terrified. I couldn’t speak, I could no longer move. He held me down and raped me.’

The actress appeared on the TV show Ladies Like Us.

Westwick’s lawyer has yet to say anything on the matter, but Kristina said she was encouraged to say something by the recent claims being made against various men in Hollywood currently.
