Star Wars: The Last Misogynist

Some man online thought things would be a bit better if all the main female parts weren’t there in TLJ, in what we’re calling The Last Misogynist.

This one person cut out the majority of the female parts in the movie. This reduced the run time to about 46 minutes total. The film’s cast responded in the only we can see fit:

Fans and critics have praised its use of female characters. However the editor, who did this illegally by the way, thought otherwise. No woman should be able to hold a lightsabre or have a poignant character arc or have emotions.

Nope. Cut that out. Get rid of all of it. Nope.

A list of changes was listed by the re-editor, in the so called ‘de-feminised’ version. These include completely cutting Rose’s part in the film, along with Kylo Ren fighting Snoke’s guards single handed, and Captain Phasma is defeated by Finn with a single blow from Finn.

Finn and Rose’s subplot is also entirely cut, along with Admiral Holdo too. Sounds great right?

Star Wars: The Last Misogynist is available on all good menimist forums. Alternatively, you could just enjoy the movie for having a diverse range of characters?
