Cheryl and Liam announce split

So it is official. Liam Payne and Cheryl have announced their break up via social media, the only way to announce to the world these days, that your relationship is over/someone has died/what you had for dinner – delete where applicable. The former X-Factor contestant and the former X-Factor judge were together long enough to bring a child into the world, becoming a couple after Cheryl divorced her second husband, Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini  in 2016.

Obviously Bear, their child is their priority and they request privacy at this trying time. Like that is going to happen.

They both posted similar messages on Twitter last night, at the exact same time too.

There had been various rumours that all wasn’t as it should be in their world but obviously, this puts an end to the rumours and we can all start speculating on just who caused the break-up.
