Katy Perry has sold 11 million albums and 81 million singles worldwide, making her one of the best selling artists of all time. On b**p today we are having a look at, what we consider, her top five videos of her career thus far.

‘Dark Horse’ – ‘Dark Horse’ saw Katy team up with southern rapper Juicy J for this smash from her album Prism. The song was part of a competition ran by drinks giant, Pepsi, in which fans could vote via Twitter on whether they preferred either ‘Dark Horse’ or ‘Walking on Air’ to be released as the first promotional single from the album.

‘Roar’ – ‘Roar’ is a song all about sticking up for your self and self empowerment. The song was a success for Katy Perry after reaching number one in the US Billboard Hot 100 and numerous other charts. The song topped the charts in 97 countries and is one of the best selling singles worldwide, with worldwide sales of more than 9.9 million.

‘Firework’ – ‘Firework’ was a huge hit for Katy Perry, where the California girl once again tackled social issues with the video. The song topped on Hot Dance Club Songs, Pop Chart, Adult Pop Chart and Adult Contemporary Chart.  ‘Firework’ is one of the six songs to top 5 millions paid downloads.

‘I Kissed a Girl’ – It was this song that first brought Katy Perry to our attention back in 2008. The infectious hook was on the lips of girls everywhere and due to it’s popularity, Katy fast became the pop princess we had been vying for.

‘California Gurls’ – Teaming up with Snoop Dogg for this summer hit, Katy Perry, a true California girl herself released a certified smash with this single. From her third album Teenage Dreams, the song was considered a response to the Jay Z and Alicia Keys hit of 2009, ‘Empire State of Mind.’
