MOBO Awards to Return to Leeds

The annual MOBO Awards have been announced to return to the Leeds’ First Direct Arena on 29th November.

The event celebrates the very best in urban music and was first held in Leeds in 2015 and saw performances from the likes of FKA twigs, Ella Eyre and CeeLo Green. London, Liverpool and Glasgow have hosted the show previously. This will be the 22nd ceremony.

Artists like Craig David, Drake and Stormzy have all won awards.

The Music of Black Origin Organisation was founded in 1996 to ‘champion and elevate urban music genres’ in the mainstream music industry.

Wonder who’ll be amongst the winners this year…
